Characteristics:
Attractive & elegant Chardonnay with a bouquet of lime, nectarine, hazelnut and flinty minerals. The tightly structured palate and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. The grapes are whole bunch pressed, 100% barrel fermented and spent 9 months in 228l French oak barrels of which 20% is new. Grapes sourced from the cool terroir of Elgin and Theewaterskloof.
Food pairing:
Serve with salmon, fish, seafood and white meat, grilled or with butter.
