Groenlandberg is an isolated, cloud catching mountain in the premium Elgin region. The vines high up on the mountain thrive in the cool climate. Aromas and flavours of lemon peel, jasmine, grapefruit and flint. The palate is dense, with plenty of lemon, tart passion fruit and a linear acidity.
Partners with fish, au gratin or with sauce. Can also be served with white meats eg with citrus and coriander.
