Dry, full-bodied and elegant. Made of 100% Chardonnay grapes from Elgin and Robertson. The wine is left on the lees for a minimum of 3 years. Typical brioche richness, citrus aromas are complemented by attractive creaminess. Mineral-driven finish.

Ideal as an aperitif with refined, naturally prepared finger food. The winemaker advises this MCC with oysters or white fish in a beurre blanc sauce.
