Intense and full bodied red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot & Sangiovese. Grapes from the estate’s coastal Maremma vineyards. Maturation of 12 months in 500 litre Impruneta terracotta amphorae. The nose shows herbaceous touches, fruity hints and a spicy background. The sip is juicy and fragrant, with a sweet and relaxed finish. Contained in an attractive Bordeaux impériale bottle.
Pasta with meat sauce, homemade pizza and lasagna. Lovely with roasted or barbecued red meats. Risotto with mushroom or porcini.
